Kyle Markle, CFP® is Senior Investment Advisor and Chief Investment Officer for Donaldson Capital Management. He has been in his current role since October 2016 and has been with DCM since 2008.

As Co-Chief Investment Officer alongside Joe Zabratanski, Kyle oversees the investment process for all client portfolios at DCM. This includes leading the Investment Policy Committee to a shared view of the global economy and its impact on the stock and bond markets, proposing strategic changes to DCM portfolios, and guiding the manufacturing of portfolios managed by DCM. He has been a member of the IPC since 2013.

As an Investment Advisor, Kyle works with clients to ensure their goals and objectives are being addressed with the proper investment strategy. He also works closely with clients on financial planning matters including tax planning, estate planning, and generational wealth transfer.

Kyle also works with many local non-profit clients to address their unique financial needs which include helping these organizations develop and monitor the investment policies to ensure proper management.

In May 2013, Kyle successfully completed the CFP Board’s requirements for certification and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.

Kyle has a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Cincinnati. He played baseball for the Bearcats and was named a Freshman All-American Honorable Mention in 2002. He considers the lessons learned on the field as an invaluable part of his education and experience. Prior to joining DCM, Kyle held positions in the construction and real estate industries in Cincinnati.

Kyle currently serves on the Board of Directors for Easterseals Rehabilitation Center and the Ascension-St. Vincent Evansville Foundation. He is also a member of the Evansville Estate and Financial Planning Council. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Gilda’s Club Evansville (President, 2014), an affiliate of a nationwide network offering psychosocial support to those touched by cancer. Kyle and his wife Abby live in Evansville with their children, Lila and Luca. They attend Holy Rosary Church.
