DCM is committed to making our client service as convenient as possible. As a result, we can now use DocuSign software to collect electronic signatures on forms. This saves our clients time and reduces errors, making the account opening/maintenance process faster and more secure.
We have two Certified DocuSign Administrators on staff who train our employees and ensure our clients benefit from all the features this software has to offer.

How does it work?
Step 1: You will receive an email containing a link to secure documents that require your signature. Click that link.
Step 2: Verify your identity by answering a series of questions (powered by LexisNexis).
Step 3: Follow the simple instructions that guide you through the signing process (where to enter information/initial/sign).
Step 4: Click Finish, and you’re done. You can download the completed documents on the spot. You never have to create a DocuSign account unless you want to.
