Braden Herendeen, CFP®, joined Donaldson Capital Management in 2022 and serves as Associate Investment Advisor.
An Evansville native, Braden graduated from North High School and attended Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an Economics minor.
From an early age, Braden has been an avid volunteer. His experiences include staffing for multiple summer camps, tutoring elementary school students, and cooking and delivering meals to rehabilitation and sobriety organizations. Additionally, Braden has held leadership positions in various volunteer roles, through which he spearheaded projects such as delivering care packages to nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic, assembling medical supplies pallets to be shipped for overseas ministry work, and educating middle school and high school students on the impacts of drug use and abuse and the benefits of living a drug-free life.
Prior to joining DCM, Braden held life, health and disability insurance licenses and served medical professionals by identifying areas of risk to their families in the event of premature death or disability. Additionally, he helped those professionals develop budgets to help pay off student loans and properly manage their cash flow. In 2024, Braden successfully completed the CFP Board’s requirements for certification and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
In his free time, Braden enjoys exercising, playing drums, hiking, hunting, and playing board games with friends. He and his family attend Christian Fellowship Church.
